Order status
The total amount of transactions made is debited at the time of order processing when using a card. Once the purchase has been made, we will send you a summary email with the assigned order number.


Pre-order
Pre-Order means orders for those items visible online that are not yet available in our warehouses and whose delivery date is expected in the following weeks or months. Effemme Exclusive Lab is not responsible for delays, cancellations or variations of pre-ordered products or for any modifications during production. Orders with pre-order items are shipped when the goods are available. The availability date indicated online reflects the delivery window indicated by the suppliers.


Discount codes
Customers who have received a Discount Code via newsletters, social networks or compliant promotional websites can enter the code during the purchase order at the checkout. Each code has a valid start and end date which limits its use and cannot be extended. In addition, the gift promotions conveyed on social networks are always subject to limitations, as they are available while stocks last and / or on the date indicated.


Shipping Methods
Customers are advised that there may be delays in shipping during promotions and sales. Effemme Exclusive Lab cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, customs controls or other circumstances beyond the control of effemmeexclusivelab.com In the event that the customer provides us with his incorrect shipping address and the courier does not give us the possibility to change it because the shipping label has already been created, the customer will have to pay for a new shipment plus the associated storage services (if any). If the customer is not present during the default phases carried out by the courier and / or continues not to respond to the notices left by the courier and / or by effemmeexclusivelab.com, the package will be placed in storage by the courier partner and an additional cost will therefore be applied for the service. This price will be charged to the customer (we will not know the price until we are notified by the courier partner), who will then have to pay it directly to the driver upon delivery (in the event that the goods are accepted by the customer and then delivered) otherwise it will be deducted during the refund phase (in the event that the goods are refused and therefore not delivered). Finally, if the customer refuses delivery, we will carry out a new return shipment which will always be at his expense so that we can return the goods to the warehouse. The cost of the new shipment will be 10 €.
